I am in a bit a quandary regarding this order. I have not received it. The UPS tracking shows it coming to Canada then going to California. I have not been able to contact UPS as they only seem to want to hear from US addresses. Fine Art America has not been of any assistance in getting me connected with my order. As a result of this experience, I do not plan on ordering anything more from this supplier. Too bad, there are a lot of nice things on their website. If this matter gets sorted out, I will update this review. Update: my order eventually arrived and I am quite happy with it.

I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I haven't done the puzzle yet but I was very pleased with the speed it was sent. The puzzle itself is brilliant I only wish I were able to find Linda Carruth's puzzles in England
It has been my pleasure to explore the Little Wild Goose Pagoda in Xian, China twice. Known for the ancient stone pagoda, within its walls are many beautifully painted wood buildings of different shapes and sizes. A potpourri of traditional Chinese architecture. While a quiet haven from the surrounding city, I experienced a constant changing of feelings besides being peaceful and unhurried. Joy, mystery, happiness, serenity and amazement surrounded me as I moved from building to building. Although ancient, the architectural details are wonderfully painted in bright color. Much care and attention is given Chinese traditional wood construction, even in obscure, little seen places. So beautiful. May my photo painting impart some of the feelings I enjoyed during my visits.
Architecture and architectural detail have been a lifelong love. As a matter of fact, many of my first drawings and paintings were of barns on and around my grandparents farm. When deciding what university major to pursue, it was only due to my less than outstanding math grades that prevented my choice of architecture. However, obtaining a degree in advertising design turned out to be an excellent choice. Yet my interest in architecture persisted.
